"They called us prostitutes" - UNN Students undergoing industrial training, teaching practice brutalized, thrown out of hostel by school security

Some students of the University of Nigeria Nsukka, UNN, who are undergoing their undergoing their industrial training and teaching practice were allegedly brutalized and thrown out of the hostel by school security Thursday. Read account posted on Facebook by one of the students, Marshal..

"Around 11am today, the hostel supervisor of #Isakaita_hostel_Unn used bell to go around the hostel, telling students that he was giving us 30minutes to pack out. We explained that most of us which are in the hostel doing our industrial training either in the Farm, in the case of Agric students or in schools as in the case of Education students. He insisted that he was only giving us 30 minutes to pack out.
To where, he didn't say. We told him to give us time, so that those that went to farm can come back.
PS: we paid 1k for the temporary accommodation.
He said he was going to call security for us, in less than 10minutes, #unn_security came and started beating and kicking girls out of the hostel. They were shouting on us, calling us all kinds of degrading names, their favorite being #prostitudes.
You will find attached, pictures of the proof of their animality and brutality towards #UNN_STUDENTS.
PS: When I was taking the pictures, one of them approached me to forcefully collect my phone. I told him that I was a house of rep member and we will get him sacked.
They entered their car and left with their tail."

Building collapses in Owerri

A building collapsed at the early hours of Sunday at about  3am  at Egbu road just opposite the police station at Fire Service in Owerri. According to reports about 6 people were rescued alive while about 4 people are feared dead. I have videos of were dead bodies are been pulled out. The governor came around to inspect the Collapsed Building and he directed that the old building beside it with a green roof should be demolished also because it's owned by same owner of the Collapsed Building since that same building has already been marked by OCDA as a building dat wud also collapsed soon. From what I saw, the materials used in constructing the building wasn't upto to standard. No chippings rather it was local stones that was used. It was also reported that the building was suppose to be 2 storey but was but out of Greed it was made 3 storey. My name is Kelly Bobor incase u want further information.
